untitled, 1993when b and i talk about making a wall unit, donald judd INVARIABLY comes up. having LONG been a fan, we saw a few of his pieces at art basel in december. their simplicity, color palette and especially craftsmanship are beyond words. they are the closest thing i can think of to man-made perfection.
BUT having said that this quiz, "donald judd or cheap furniture?" is a gas. i think b and i scored 67%. ack, i think that means we failed. just goes to show HOW much is lost in crappy photos online.
